Horse Camps

SUMMER HORSE CAMP INFORMATION

Our goal in horse camp is to begin to build a solid foundation of English horsemanship skills and instruction, we plan many fun and educational activities for our campers, including classroomteach the child what it is like to own and care for a horse. In addition to individualized riding sessions, arts & crafts projects, trail riding, and horse demonstrations. Campers must have a riding helmet and boots are required. Please contact us for more information on attire and we will be glad to help you. Information on attire and what to bring to camp is also available in the Forms Section of our website in the Camp Documents section.

All campers will ride each day, and prior experience is not necessary. Our students will be separated into camp groups by age and ability level, and instruction is tailored to each child’s individual needs. We have horses available, or the student may bring their own horse to board during camp. There will be a small horse “show” at the end of each camp session for family and friends for the campers to show off what they have learned.
